CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments are reserved especially for you. In order to respect both my time and other clients waiting for availability, the following policy is in place: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A valid card is required on file to secure all appointments. I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen.
